Robert the Bruce

Here's a fun little sketch I did for a friend of mine who was celebrating his birthday. I learned from his mom that he was a big fan of knights and armor, so I paused one of my favorite scenes of "Braveheart" and drew the figure of Robert the Bruce. I love his character in the movie, so conflicted between the corruption he was heir to and the burning desire of his heart to be truly noble. My favorite quote from the movie is ascribed to him, when he exclaims "I don't want to lose heart! I want to believe... as he(William Wallace) does..."
