These are the latest efforts in the thesis illustrations I am completing for a friend in Steubenville, Ohio, at Franciscan University. Hopefully the captions in the grid above give some explanation of the meaning of the images. My favorite is the drawing of Abel, which portrays Cain in the background. It frames the image of Christ well, in that both of them are in prayer, at the moment just before they were betrayed.
