This drawing was done for my Father-in-law, his father, and his brother. The image, as you can see, was taken from a hunting expedition. My father-in-law is the gentleman down front. Some of the men were taken out of the original image to make it a special "father and sons" moment. Having met each of these three, I can say with confidence that each of them is a "man's man." Just the other day I was under a car learning from my father-in-law how to change my oil. My wife hopes I'll learn as much as I can from him. When I asked her if she had AAA, she said "What do I need with that? I've got my daddy!"

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this beautiful drawing you did of Ron, his father and brother. I know it must have been a challenge to "delete" the other gentlemen, but you really captured the spirit of the photo. It really takes a lot to make Ron speachless, but this drawing brought back wonderful memories, something that is really needed at this time in their lives. Hunting trips to Nebraska were a yearly thing and you certainly captured their "moment in time" completely.
Thank you for your special gift. We will treasure it always.
